Colon Hydrotherapy can be referred to as colonics or colonic irrigation. These are names for hydrotherapy which uses water for inner cleansing of the bowel. Colon Hydrotherapy is safe, clean and relaxing.

A soothing flow of purified warm water is instilled gently into the colon through an FDA approved disposable rectal nozzle about the size of a pencil. The small rectal nozzle is easily inserted by the client to cleanse and evacuate the contents of your lower colon. Your dignity is always maintained and you may have as much privacy as you prefer.

At Longmont Colonics we use the professional colon hydrotherapy device called the LIBBE. The LIBBE has a minimal amount of pressure, and the flow of water is all safely regulated throughout the session. The water is purified with a filter and an ultra violet water purification system. The LIBBE Device is comfortable and may be operated in privacy for those who prefer solitude. There is also no odor! Odor is whisked away thru the sewer drain pipe.

The LIBBE device can be used as a non-laxative preparation for a colonoscopy or when medically indicated.

 The LIBBE is manufactured through compliance with strict FDA guidelines. Being an FDA registered colonic device the LIBBE features temperature controlled water and back flow prevention valves, pressure and temperature sensors, water purification, and disinfecting standards.  So, the LIBBE meets strict standards through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and International Health Laws. Disposable, single used nozzles are also part of that safety feature. So,that is a question you may what to discuss when doing your research on the many different devices and nozzles out there.So be
